cmsh.io provides URL shortening, QR code generation, link analytics, and related services. Features vary by subscription plan:

• URL shortening with custom aliases
• QR code generation in PNG and SVG formats
• Link analytics and click tracking
• UTM parameter management for campaign tracking
• API access for programmatic link creation
• Team collaboration features (Business plan)

To access certain features you must register. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access
• Notify us immediately of any suspected security breaches
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal majority age in your jurisdiction

By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
• Authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• Cancel at any time via account settings — access continues to end of billing period
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change fees with advance notice

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create links to unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content
• Distribute spam, phishing links, malware, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Codemina Ltd. and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Codemina Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codemina Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, UK.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The following sections apply when you access the Service through an application obtained from Apple's App Store.

   14. Acknowledgement

   These Terms are between you and Codemina Ltd. only, not Apple. Codemina Ltd. is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

2. 15

   15. Scope of License

   A non-transferable licence to use the Application on Apple-branded products you own, as permitted by Apple Media Services Terms.

3. 16

   16. Maintenance and Support

   Codemina Ltd. is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.

4. 17

   17. Warranty

   Codemina Ltd. is solely responsible for product warranties. Apple will refund the purchase price if the App fails to conform to applicable warranty.

5. 18

   18. Product Claims

   Codemina Ltd., not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application including product liability and regulatory claims.

6. 19

   19. Intellectual Property

   Codemina Ltd. is solely responsible for investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any IP infringement claims.

7. 20

   20. Legal Compliance

   You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or on any U.S. prohibited or restricted parties list.

   21. Third-Party Terms

   You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application, including wireless data service agreements.

   22. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

   Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
